There is a Faroese saying, “Gløgt er gestsins eyga” , the guest’s eye sees clearly. An outsider often notices what familiarity once blurred. I decided to adopt that perspective and see the city I once knew so well, but with fresher eyes.

A heritage-based purchase that quietly turned into a true value buy. What began as admiration for Swiss legacy evolved into appreciation for the small moments of everyday life.

A broken parcel. A shattered painting. A moment of disappointment. What followed was patience, persistence, and creation. In rebuilding what was damaged, we built a better story.

After trying everything the market promised, I finally found what truly works against cockroaches.
